Service Options
Everything You Need
Three levels of servicing tailored to the types of riding you do and your requirements.
Having been a keen cyclist for many years and experienced the best and worst service from bike shops i am keen to promote a totally transparent service.
All customers regardless of what level service you opt for or the nature of the work being carried out will the following.
A handover detailing any existing damage to the bike. This avoid any problems down the line.
Each service is then accompanied by a video and photos of the work carried out. This will be uploaded to a secure area and shared with you.
When the job or jobs are completed you will receive a full breakdown of the work carried out and the costs involved. There are no hidden costs
Finally a service record will be kept online in a secure area with your videos and photo. In the same way that you would keep a full service history for a car, why not keep one for your bike.
Any recommendations on previous services can be picked up next time around.
I fully appreciate that your bike is something personal to you and it should be treated the way you would treat it.
